What are you actually trying to build?
Not the polished version. The version you'd say out loud to one trusted friend across a kitchen table. Don't worry about the shape of it yet — just say what's there.
One audience. Two years. Who?
If you could only serve one kind of person from now until 2028 — who do you want it to be? Be specific. Gender, age range, the wound, the language they use about themselves.
Who has changed the most under your work?
Not the success stories you'd put in a brochure. The person you remember. The shape of their before and after — what shifted, what cost, what stuck.
What do you already have?
Brain-dump everything. Ebooks, workbooks, audio, frameworks, the 14-session pathway, courses, anything sitting in a drawer. Don't organize it. Just list it as it comes.
It's one year from now. The thing is working. Describe the day.
Don't strategize. Don't talk about offers or funnels. Just describe the Tuesday morning. What time you start. What you do first. Who you talk to. What's different from now.
What won't you do — even if it works?
Every business has decisions it refuses. What are yours? What would make the work feel like it stopped being yours? Naming this is half of building it.
